The future could still see a resurgence of Western culture. As truthful witnesses, our allegiance is to see our nations, our civilization, not only survive, but thrive, and through resolved violence, satisfying justice, the return of Enlightenment: intellectualism, good discernment, adherence to the objective truth, and through our enduring cultural and geographical advantages, especially by the United States which has individual initiative and ideal land protected by two oceans, we look to vanquish the enemies seeking to destroy us, whether externally or from within, while reestablishing and rewarding honor and virtue, thereby achieving a great revival, a new era of freedom and prosperity in Western history, one that eclipses both the Pax Britannica and Pax Americana and all the security and ingenuity they provided, a third peace, the third glorious age.

Hope in our time is rapidly diminishing; we’re not blinded to this fact. Nothing seems to be getting better, as stupidity and evil reign, as good people are becoming more criminalized and condemned, forced to obscurity, to, at best, work a mundane job, while the wicked, gain greater wealth and prominence, a condition that seems to only be getting worse. since immoral behavior, including mindless pandering-demagoguery and the character assassination of others, is highly incentivized (rewarded), which grants the wicked far greater economic mobility, far greater responsiveness, due to their lack of shame and their grandiose delusions of infallibility and entitlement, their fixation on the superficial, on titles, on riches, which deny substance.

Good people think “who am I to lead and get benefits” “who am I to be an officer or official” but evil people are “of course I should lead, I am great, I am important, and have nothing to learn” so society rewards the latter for their haughtiness and grandiosity

This darkened understanding enables the wicked to ascend to positions of influence and power, as good people could never pursue (never truly be moved by-enticed by), external success, the benefits of their time, the perks their society offers (to whom it decrees “successful”), if it only means they have to keep blatantly offending the public’s sense of decency and intelligence repeatedly while objectively destroying the common good, abandoning their whole conscience in the process.

Still, for the purpose of utility, of necessity, we shall endeavor to maintain such hope, especially in light of the fact that, in the current mediocre age, in a time of tyrannical sameness, the good people’s true potential remains largely untapped and can be incentivized and thus unleashed under a movement, under a regime, under the banner of, the truthful witness.

We believe a Western Resurgence, a restoration, can be achieved by numerous possible solutions and we will seek to implement such solutions if ever Truthful Witness shall become a popular movement able to enact change:

1. We seek the re-establishment/greater enforcement of the Death Penalty (capital punishment), on the basis that the state must show just resolve to kill vile criminals, since vile criminals are not afraid to maliciously kill citizens. The death penalty must be federal law with no state, province, or territory being legally allowed to abolish it, the death penalty must, in fact, be the right of the state and people to self-defense and just retaliation, with no voters being able to overrule it as this is unconstitutional. Methods of execution should, at times, be harsher than lethal injection and firing squad, such as hanging, the electric chair, the gas chamber, or by other methods. Executions of those sentenced must generally happen within 6 to 24 months (be swift but not to swift to allow time for subsequent evidence-appeals) to ensure those on death row do not become a burden to the state. The death penalty shall (self-evidently) only be reserved for the most heinous crimes with (again, self-evidently, as with any crime) the highest standards of proof needed for any conviction-sentencing which due to today’s technology, forensics, and surveillance, certainty of guilt is most often much easier to achieve.
2. We seek to lower the Drinking Age (in the United States) from 21 to 18 and potentially raise the voting age from 18 to 21 (perhaps even to 24). This to ensure we are not creating unnecessary crime (with drinking) and this is to teach people responsibility from a younger age and to ensure a smaller but more mature voting base. We may consider the legalization of certain drugs to further reduce crime, danger to law enforcement, and lessen the financial burden on the state. This, at bare minimum, is an improvement, regardless of any objections the Truthful Witness Membership, our meritocratic base, has with drugs-democracy.
3. We seek to make pornography and digital prostitution illegal, or if this is not feasible, to disincentivize it perhaps through an Anti-intellectual (Stupidity) Tax or Public Indecency Tax. People should not be able to infuriate-demoralize the hardworking public by earning large sums of money for merely showing sexually explicit image-videos their body and by committing sexual acts on screen, although standard modeling (like with clothing-swimsuits) can be tolerated.
4. We seek to create a State Funded Social Media Platform for the purposes of protecting free speech (freedom of expression) as social media business, which are driven by profit and have a right to control what is tolerated/allowed on their platforms, and are incentivized to ban/censor/demonetize unpopular-hated content, cannot do this. Each person’s posting on the SFSM Platform will be treated like personal (digital property) and cannot be deleted or removed without court order/proper legal channels by the authorities.
5. We seek to require employers to check people’s legal status before hiring them (just like they check the age of a potential employee, like to see if they are or aren’t a minor) and employers are not permitted to hire those who are here illegally; they are to do the best of their ability to avoid doing so. This is to help stop (by disincentive) immigrants coming here illegally to work and helps strengthen our border without firing a shot, adding more border guards, or building a single section of fence-wall, although the policy is not yet full proof, as with under the table (cash payment) jobs and further incentives document forgery. (might already be the case in USA)
6. We seek to criminalize narcissism and remove the narcissist from all public life. We seek to achieve this by making narcissism a crime (an objective act: a clear and incontrovertible public declaration of false allegiance) rather than some subjective mental diagnosis. 7. We seek to retore the traditional family (maybe make Gay Marriage illegal: overturn it) and incentives this, especially 3 kids or more
8. We seek to put an end to Sue Happy society by establishing the right of people and business to not be threatened and/or injured by frivolous lawsuits. Stops hidden inflation (as cost keep rising to account for lawsuits), higher taxes, and encourage entrepreneurship. Public also has a right not to be demoralized and infuriated by frivolous lawsuits. (relates to I, and I alone, and responsible for my actions) (price to pay if lawsuit is frivilous). Businesses and law enforcement must have the right to make mistakes without having to worry about being sued every 5 mins (like with minor things, like detaining someone for 3 mins who turns out not to be the suspect or rather, or rare allergic reaction when the person was responsible for taking the risk with it being illegal to report lawsuits until they are deemed valid so evil does not demoralize..
9. No bail for heinous crimes (cannot place community at risk)
10. Cant raise GO Fund me for criminals (like George Floyd or Ice Protestor shot)

Use words like Unconstitutional (remember only 2, 3 or 4 changes are really needed probably, and a lot of the people praising evil charlatans turn on them eventually so not sure a policy should be enacted to fine everyone involved in the shaming but will see (Example: people have a constitutional right not to be cyberbullies, mass shamed when they have done no wrong or have a right to not to be uploaded online without consent, unless they are a declared public figure or whatever)

Social Media encourages the most emotional reactionary postings so when (by the time) the thoughtful, intelligent, good are ready to respond, the comment section is already infected…with numerous hostile reactionaries who target each thoughtful commenter one at a time so the thoughtful so not even post and the comment section becomes a puddle of mud.

Blind Eye Laws-Policy (Turn a Blind Eye) requires law to turn a blind eye, like someone advocating transgenderism, or land should be given back to Mexico or another state, or whatever.

Social Media (anti-social media) encourages reactions not thought. By the time a well thought out, well researched reponse can be made, all comment sections are flooded with 1000 reactionary replies.

Internet policing is needed in some form for society to prosper. People do not want to be cops and law enforcement otherwise, cause they just keep getting mass shamed online by the cretins for doing the right thing or their jobs. The public/common good (similar to laws with corporations) should be treated like an actual party that can be victimized and needs to be repaired

1. If a fighter publicly claims they won a fight when they clearly lost (they can be fined for victimizing/gaslighting the public and imprisoned should they refuse to pay)
2. If a frauditor says they arent trying to cause reactions or just here to film or calls themselves journalists (they can be fined)
3. Actor and movie stars a (not in jest) black George Washington or 50 year old when role should go to 25 year old (they can be fined)

You are Responsible for your Followers

The commanders/controllers of comment sections and large audiences have a legal responsibility to not allow cyberbullying, false accusations, and malicious group shaming on their platforms, with failures to curb, check, and logically moderate-restrain their audiences leading to severe legal-criminal penalty. Simply put, there is a price with being the leader, and wielder, of men, therefore, no longer should the cowardice of “audience glazing” and “appeals to the mass stupidity of the mob” and “bullying others to desperately win approval from the evil, self-righteous mob” all acts committed at the expense of another’s dignity, be legally allowed. When appropriate, leaders (influencers, channels, etc.) must, by law, denounce their followers when their followers are being toxic. They must speak up when their audiences are maliciously abusing their guests. Under the Truthful Witness Philosophy, the leader/wielder can no longer ignore this obvious responsibility, can no longer avoid accountability when ignoring this obvious responsibility, can no longer avert justice, by falsely claiming “that is not me” and “I am not responsible for what my commentors/followers are saying” when he has deliberately sought to marshal the mob for his personal benefit and when this mob,  again, which he has marshaled for his personal benefit, unjustly attempts to publicly shame, smear, and obliterate a target as a result of his reckless-callous actions.

This does not necessarily mean social media companies, including tech giants, and other websites should necessarily be held legally and/or criminal responsible for what users post/upload on their platforms, because the enforcement of such may be both unethical and impractical, as it would require such companies to hire insane numbers of moderation staff, who also have to active around the clock (24/7), be unrealistically perfect at eliminating slanderous-cyberbully content before harm, and discourages entrepreneurship. Individual users/pages/channels on those platforms are a different matter entirely, however, as each one loads content/posts themselves and can command/wield an audience and has control over their comment sections and such power can be dangerous and damaging when used for evil and demagoguery.

Standards and Barriers should exist when it comes to Uploading People Online to be Shamed

When it comes to filming others, we believe that, while people have a right to own footage, and filming in public should be generally legal, and filming in your private residence and place of business should almost always be legal, uploading someone online for the purposes of public shaming-public humiliation should require a greater barrier to entry. This puts citizens at ease that their image and likeness will not be maliciously shared, warped, and altered, as there will be, at the very least, basic means to redress any public shaming injustices provided by the government.

Overall, this means when a person is maliciously filmed or recorded (meaning it is intrusive-abusive, like filming or recording people at ease, or even in private, or in their automobiles, or perhaps even in moments of weakness, or maliciously filming to provoke a reaction), they (the person-people filmed) no longer have to worry (no longer will be mentally tortured/ in fear) about the footage being uploaded as their will be a government entity that will either:

A) establish stronger two-party consent laws at the federal level,

B) have the authority to review the footage before it is uploaded,

C) have the legal authority to order websites to take the footage down should it prove to be malicious/abusive. The person maliciously filmed will be able to contact this government agency and file a report,

D) be able to review the content after upload and then criminally charge and/or fine the uploader and abusive commentors should the shaming/attempt at shaming be proven malicious, a fact which can be objectively proven by investigation,

E) require certain uploaders (especially with large audiences/viral videos, and especially if they have a questionable public shaming history) to carry insurance or have a certain net worth before upload so they can be successfully sued in the event they maliciously shame-defame another,

F) have an established court system/legal apparatus to enforce all of the above,

G) will better enforce current laws on the books, like harassment, loitering, trespassing, disorderly conduct, provocation, obscenity, illegal voyeurism, wiretapping, stalking, obstruction, causing a public disturbance (especially for content), slander-defamation, cyberbullying, blackmail, intimidation, false reporting, and call flooding, as malicious recorders (narcissists/rats) are usually guilty of doing some, if not all, of the above offenses.

Harsher penalties, (including lengthy prison time, criminal charges, felonies, not just civil cases and misdemeanors) will now be imposed on such evil abusers. as well as major restrictions upon them with social media and other public forms of dissemination.

The worst criminal abusers also may be placed on a national registry for false accusers-narcissistic predators (cyberbully predators) depending on the penalty with a no contact advisory (a secondary registry) also being established for lesser abusers who still show clear warning signs of narcissism, false accusation, and demagoguery (of using their audience maliciously as a weapon against personal targets), with both the registry and advisory being far more robust, far more effective than current registries (like the sex offender registry), as they will not only have the offenders picture, location, and information, but clear evidence of their crimes (video evidence and documentation of them undeniably abusing others, usually taken from the very footage/content they themselves filmed/uploaded) that anyone can observe and review. The damning evidence will meet the highest legal standards, that which could be presented in the courtroom).
