Major Response Idea

The idea is to make those with well thought out responses rightfully to appear bigger than those who do quick responses, especially snarky remarks.
I just do now know if one can deliver a major response to other major responses and replies.
This can either be automated (where a post becomes a major after certain length) or two different buttons
