Try your Best to be Positive for the most part (For example, the more followers-enablers a narcissist gets, the more the narcissist is encouraged to push more and more legal-moral boundaries which ultimately leads to narcissist’s greater downfall. This means the greater the number of followers and cheers the narcissist receives, the greater his downfall (higher magnitude of punishment). This positive attitude is better than being negative and upset by focusing on the unfortunate fact that, for the moment, the narcissist is seemingly being cheered and rewarded for his evil deeds.

Promotions are typically mandatory and are considered a duty (obligation). This is unlike the Western Nations, who generally (and foolishly) treat leadership as voluntary (as a choice people pursue, where they must prove they are the best to lead-manage or be replaced or resign) which only rewards the stupid-conceited-evil who unjustifiably think they are the best and are entitled to lead and entitled to much higher pay for such and who are also far more immune to shame (all according to the Dunning-Kruger Effect), as able-intelligent-moral people by contrast naturally tend to be full of self-doubt, have a sense of shame-injury for failure, are far less greedy, and do not shamefully self-promote and are more willing to obey authority (self-sacrifice, be lowly, humble themselves) for the common good and, therefore, as a result, are less likely to pursue leadership in the voluntary system); We strive to never be like the rest of Western society today, where the virtuous are forced to the bottom while the most unscrupulous generally rise to the top which is the result of this present Western model, as it allows the most evil-arrogant-greedy amongst us to take advantage of the good people’s modesty, humility, and character. their duty to obey. Everyone here is considered a volunteer, and all volunteers are members (so everyone here is also a member); therefore, the terms volunteer and member are often used synonymously for simplicity. Again, everyone that registers/joins (creates a profile) is both a volunteer and a member, including leadership, but, of course, not everyone is a leader, so the terms volunteer/member (often used synonymously, as just stated) are not always synonymous with the term leader. All of this suggests that politicians are more followers than they are leaders — it’s the rest of us who ultimately determine the types of policies they’ll get behind. It also implies that our social institutions — families, workplaces, friends, media, churches, voluntary associations, think tanks, schools, charities, and many other phenomena that establish and reinforce societal norms — are more important to shaping our politics than we typically credit them for.
