Truthful Witness consist not only of the brave who recognize of the growing threat posed by evil internet mobs (and evil mobs in general), we consist of the brave who clearly recognize the vile predators (charlatans, bullies, and agitators) who record with camera-phones and other devices in an attempt to publicly shame and humiliate people, meaning the predators who attempt to use the evil internet mobs (internet vigilantes) as a weapon against the innocent. These malevolent creatures do this to profit, virtue signal, satisfy, and aggrandize themselves, usually by trying to get online subscribers, followers, views, and likes. They want to increase traffic to their idiotic channels where they slander others (step on others) to get ahead, often by conveniently filming those they know who won’t fight back, such as women and employees who are afraid of losing their jobs. Additionally, by filming others in such an invasive manner, they attempt to provoke hostile reactions, not only because they need such reactions for the purposes of entertainment and online views (they have no shame in using innocent people as tools) but also because the seek file malicious lawsuits and false charges. Regardless of how much they also attempt to attack us with their swarm of stupid enablers, the Truthful Witness Club will forever exclude these cretins, and their sympathizers, from our membership.
Today, any creep with a camera phone can film someone, often after antagonizing them first, especially since this lowlife is recording suspiciously, intrusively, and in obvious bad faith with malicious intent to publicly shame, and then upload the video online out of context, with manipulated footage, a manipulated thumbnail, and a clickbait headline, so the person recorded can be mocked, humiliated, and their character destroyed by an evil internet mob, which just assumes the person filmed to be guilty (inferior, evil, crazy, and stupid) by default. Subsequently, this mass shaming can also lead to this person being wrongfully: fired from your job, evicted from your apartment, business boycotted or flooded with fake-negative reviews, cyberbullied, threatened, or worse, depending on the mob’s size and zealotry.

For the sake of simplicity, we refer to these creatures specially as camera-predators or predators with cameras (without the evil modifier) or the better sounding camera cowards, although we may also use general terms when appropriate.
Complaining about someone’s rude behavior or complaining about poor customer service, like reasonably expecting employees to speak English, or trying to enforce sensible rules, he/she will label you as a Karen and upload the video online so you can be publicly shamed (despite this word defaming all those with that name). These asinine videos constantly circulate social media platforms which, by this point, have become digital sacrificial alters, places of constant humiliation rituals.
Not being totally perfect during a traffic stop or when detaining and questioning a suspect, he/she will label you as an ego-driven moron, a bully with a badge, or a fascist, tyrant, racist, stupid pig and then upload the video online so you can be publicly shamed by hordes of cop haters. These asinine videos also constantly circulate the same social media platforms. It does not matter if the police officer conducted 1000 perfect traffic stops or legal detainments prior, the second the police officer makes the slightest mistake during one of these incidents, the officer will be recorded then uploaded online and the insane internet mobs will viciously attack him or her, or these evil mobs will just invent mistakes and fabricate fake laws so they can condemn the officer.
It is no surprise that evil charlatans have emerged from dark bowels to appease these cop haters. Commonly called frauditors, these camera-predators have now taken to build large YouTube followings by harassing and provoking police on the street, as the evil mobs who hate police and authority have grown so large in number. Fortunately, many of these videos backfire; many others, however, do not, and the police officer’s character is callously assassinated by swarms of self-righteous, infantile morons, the camera-predator’s rabble.
Engaging in thoughtful political discussion, this bully will then deliberately edit (manipulate) the video to make you look bad and falsely title it HOW YOU WERE OWNED, HOW YOU WERE DESTROYED, or HOW YOU BELIEVE STUPID IDEA XYZ (a blatant strawman) and then upload it online where the predator’s internet mobs will then publicly shame you by characterizing you as some idiot stereotype and falsely label you as crazy member of some opposite political tribe, all while they ignore your good arguments and refuse to give you the benefit of the doubt and a chance to clarify your position.
Performing an exercise incorrectly or looking at someone too long, he/she will upload the video online so you can be publicly mocked, and in the case of the latter, you will be publicly shamed and falsely accused of being a creep, stalker, or pervert. The incivility of society, most notably its evil shaming culture, is reflective in today’s gyms where there has been a total collapse of etiquette. Using their camera-phones, people callously record fellow gym members without permission, despite gyms being vulnerable places for many people, as they are trying to get back into shape and improve their physical appearance, and, due to today’s self-righteous hypocrisy, the need to invent and condemn imaginary enemies to feel better about oneself, it is no surprise the footage is used maliciously in an attempt to mock and character assassinate the people recorded.
The callous recording of others occurs naturally when camera-predators attempt to record themselves lifting or flexing because the video captures all their surroundings so all the gym patrons in the vicinity are filmed; most of the time the camera cannot be avoided, as these predators film near weight racks, popular exercise machines, or in busy areas and entry points. Gym members are also selfishly shamed by the camera-predator for getting in front of the camera and blocking the recording (when the predator wants to record themselves for whatever reason) even though such unfortunate people might not see the camera at all, especially when the camera-predator intentionally puts it in an obscure place. This is even the case when avoiding the view of the camera is impossible, so in these circumstances, the camera-predator is selfishly demanding all gym members avoid the area he/she is filming and is publicly shaming them maliciously when they rightfully or unintentionally don’t comply.
The camera-predator may even do this callous recording in the gym’s locker rooms-bathrooms, illegally capturing others on film while he/she records themselves vainly posing in mirrors or flexing or whatever, which shows the level of rudeness, as locker rooms-bathrooms grant a clear expectation of privacy. In more blatant cases, these predators deliberately record their victims with clear intent to publicly shame, often as a creep or pervert, even though deliberately recording others is what hypocritically makes the camera-predator themselves the creep and pervert.
Many of victims publicly shamed at gyms are men for their “audacity to glance at women,” even though the women may be wearing tight, revealing clothing, not unusual for today’s gym attire and even though the exercises the women are doing all involve their asses sticking out as much as possible, like with squats or bending over for deadlifts. The female camera-predator herself, may dress alluringly and work out alluringly in this manner, using tight shorts or yoga pants and athletic tops which reveal her cleavage and midsection, so she can bait men into glancing at her so she can shame them online when they are recorded looking at her which, due to men’s biology exacerbated by the fact that working out can increase a person’s libido (sex drive), will inevitably happen as she knows, which allows her to then pretend to be a victim of gym harassment.
Generally, everyone, even women, will look at a person, whether that person is a man or women, immodestly dressed and working out in their underwear, and people just generally look at others doing exercises for multiple reasons, for curiosity, workout tips, and gym safety, etc., but today’s culture and the camera-predator wants to shame people for simply having eyes. Ironically, often the female camera-predator herself is a digital prostitute who posts alluring pictures and videos of her training and posing in mirrors at the gym on her social media accounts to attract men which makes her actions completely absurd, as she is publicly shaming men for watching her when she posts videos of herself online for strange men to watch. Her inflated ego might be upset that, unlike her online simps, the men at the gym are looking at her for free, they are not paying to see her, much to her childish frustration and entitlement.
However, it also must be stated she, as a camera-predator, will publicly shame men as creeps or perverts regardless of their actions, meaning she will do this dishonestly, even when the men are not interested in her, because her said entitlement probably demands everyone must want her and/or her paranoia may assume that creeps, stalkers, and rapists are lurking everywhere , so a male gym member politely asking her “if she is using a weight machine” or merely looking in her general direction a couple of times is enough for her to falsely accuse and publicly shame him. Common sense also reveals that men, and people in general, will naturally look at her direction anyway because she is recording herself, so, usually, they will be more so looking at her camera, the fact that she is recording, they will not be looking at her for any other reason, especially if they feel uncomfortable and do not want to be recorded, as they know footage can be shared and misused on social media; the people who understandably find her behavior, her recording of others, to be rude will undoubtably be more inclined to look at her camera, but this female camera-predator who preys on weakness uses this, any uncomfortable-irritated body language, as further evidence against the victim to publicly shame them and falsely accuse them of creepily staring at her, all while she maliciously ignores the obvious truth that people were more likely looking at her camera, or were looking at her because she is rudely filming with a camera, they were not maliciously gawking at her due to any sexual attraction.
Regardless of their sex though, camera-predators are operating in today’s gyms in ever-increasing numbers. Luckily, many of their gym shaming video’s backfire, leading the camera-predators being rightfully exposed, condemned and shamed for their selfishness and cruelty which results in them either being banned or deleting their social media accounts. Until law is passed and/or until gyms, as private businesses, prohibit the callous and malicious recording of their members, camera-predators will continue to probe for weakness and attempt to shame innocent people at the gym with them, due to today’s growing rat society, soon targeting those who commit minor offenses, like filming and publicly shaming those who do not return weights back to the weight rack. Camera-predators, even though they are usually at a gym that is considered private property, have no moral issues with public shaming the gym’s customers because they are shameless parasites who seek to leech off the gym’s business and hard work.
Committing a minor offense, like failing to return a shopping cart to the cart station in the parking lot, he/she will upload the video online so you can be publicly shamed by the predator’s followers who love pointing the finger at others in large groups for entertainment. A shopper who does not return their shopping cart to the cart station after shopping does commit a minor offense, but this does not tend to warrant public shaming, especially as everyone at some point (especially the predator and his online followers) has committed the same offense and/or has littered, parked poorly, drove considerably above the speed limit, smoked too close to a building entrance, etc., meaning they committed an equally bad, but otherwise minor, offense. The fact that such videos circulate regularly on social media, where online hordes of immoral vigilantes deliver draconian punishment by mass shaming and mass ridiculing those unfortunates who fail to return their shopping cart, all filmed by the camera-predator, stands as undeniable evidence of the online followers’ and camera-predator’s blatant hypocrisy.
Furthermore, it shines light on their parasitic nature, as the businesses (grocery stores, department stores, etc.) who own the parking lots, the shopping carts, and the cart stations do not want the camera-predator on their properties harassing their customers. The fact that the camera-predator and his followers selfishly think they can just trespass on a store’s property to milk their customers for social media content, publicly shaming the customers in large, cowardly groups, proves they are nothing but pathetic scoundrels and criminals.
Failing at something, like failing to pick up a member of the opposite sex, he/she will label you a sexist, a creep, or a loser (despite them being all of these things), and upload the video online so you can be publicly shamed, mocked, and humiliated by internet-know-it-alls who, according to them, never failed at anything and who are willing to sacrifice your character to sound important. They’ll give trite, grandiose speeches completely overblown in proportion to your minor, harmless encounter, a simple rejection; their epic tirades will include rants about “rape culture” or “the dangers of radical feminism” or “the rise of cucks, simps, or white knights” or “standing against women’s entitlement” or “stopping street harassment” or whatever self-serving, tribal idiocy they have come to adopt and use as an excuse to deny you the benefit of the doubt and publicly shame you.
Making a simple mistake, like getting an order wrong, or doing the right thing, like enforcing company policy, he/she will upload the video so you can be publicly shamed and ruthlessly mocked. The add further insult, companies will now often side with the camera-predator and allow their vile customers to maliciously record their helpless employees with impunity, all to maintain profits. Videos of customers filming and antagonizing employees circulate regularly on social media. Many backfire, some don’t.
While in any confrontation, he/she will attempt to manipulate you (trap you) in to saying something offense or racist, or sexist or whatever. This bully, this abuser, wants to first instigate, provoke, and antagonize you to make you angry because if no one reacts to them, their videos get no views online. They are looking for a reaction for online clicks; angry confrontations are entertainment which give them more views and thus more money. Secondly, they want to bait you (frustrate you) into saying something politically incorrect so this camera-predator can label you as a racist, sexist, homophobe, socialist, tyrant, or whatever, and upload the video online to get you publicly shamed and have your character destroyed, which allows the camera-predator to virtue signal his/her greatness and self-promote. What is worse is the evil mobs have become so inquisitive they often side with the camera-predator, even when he/she is blatantly instigating, racebaiting, putting words in people’s mouths, filming only for profit (not for truth), and filming in bad faith.
Trying to go on a date with a 15-year old, the camera-predator will upload the video claiming you are a sexual predator and a pedophile (despite the small age difference and the fact that the camera-predator is the actual predator). The camera-predator, in these cases they are called a pedophile hunter or pedophile poacher, wants to be seen as a child savior to child worshiping mobs online and he/she is willing slander, defame, and destroy the character of others to achieve this. Often you see such camera-predators set up unscrupulous sting operations broadcasted on social media where they pretend (as a decoy) to be as old as 16 (which is legal in Europe and most of the world), after initially pretending to be 18 (bait and switch), to lure unfortunate people in so they can publicly shame (falsely accuse) them as pedophiles, all for likes and entertainment. Unsurprisingly, the child worshiping mobs (the evil internet vigilantes) usually mass praise the camera-predator and mass shame “the accused,” despite there often being inadequate evidence that the accused intended to sleep with, or make sexual contact with, a minor, especially to the point where the online audience can officially confirm. The fact that these cases rarely are prosecuted by law is testament to the total lack of evidence.
The cowardly poachers have now become so embolden they often do not patiently wait for the accused, (their prey) to both acknowledge the age of decoy and attempt to set up a meeting; the poachers just assume the accused saw, knew, and believed the age, despite the fact that people often message many profiles at once online and may not see all messages, despite the fact the poacher’s language might not be the accused’s first language, and despite the fact that the decoy is often an obvious a full-grown adult in the pictures provided. They then just assume the prey was going to try to meet a minor (despite no meeting being attempted). The poachers then track down the accused to their home or place of work to publicly shame them online in front of their pathetic, witch-burning rabble (their online subscribers) who just assumes guilt. The fact that the poacher trash now often live stream these encounters is even worse, as the accused is publicly shamed in real time which gives no account to human error (of false accusation and misidentification) and does not allow time for the sobering effect of due process; whether the accused is innocent or not; the witch-burning (character immolation) is immediate.
These sting operations, mainly the evil vigilantes cheering them on, have gotten even worse with bystanders, employees, cashiers, security guards and managers also now being publicly shamed and falsely accused of being child predator supporters (pedophile sympathizers) if they don’t immediately side with the poacher in the video, despite these innocents having no knowledge of the sting operation, no evidence of the accused person’s wrongdoings, and the fact that they are focused on doing their jobs to earn a living and did not consent to be recorded. Many of these unethical stings set up meetings in a place of business (an unwitting third party) such as a grocery store, department store, shopping mall, gas station, hotel etc., and when the poacher (camera-predator) causes a scene by confronting the accused on camera, the staff of the business naturally demand the poacher leave since the poacher is disrupting business which then sees the poacher and his online audience maliciously mass shame and falsely accuse the innocent staff of supporting and defending pedophiles. The fact that the online vigilantes (child worshippers) publicly shame innocent bystanders for not worshipping children to the point of both deeming others guilty without evidence and sacrificing personal livelihood for online cheers reveals the true dark nature of their character. If that is not stupid enough, many of these poachers have taken to intimidating, threatening (with violence) and outright assaulting the accused in these unethical sting videos much to the cheer of the online vigilante idiots despite these actions being blatant crimes committed openly on camera in front of thousands of witnesses.
Wearing any type of military camouflage or, if merely joking about being in the military, when you weren’t, even if you say something ridiculous like “I was at the Battle of Normandy”, he will upload the video online and falsely claim you are “stealing valor!”
The Stolen Valor Issue initially circulated all over social media because numerous frauds were pretending to be, or were pretending to have served, in the military (which included pretending to have fought in previous wars and earning medals for bravery) to receive financial reward (veteran benefits, promotion), sex, and praise. It devolved into a witch-hunt, however, with the main frauds no longer being the dishonorable people pretending to be military service members and veterans but the vile, disgusting people who falsely accused the innocent of stealing valor (to virtue signal and profit). Numerous videos circulated online where an evil predator with a camera, in an effort to appear like a hero (like they supported the military) and get online views, would record and falsely accuse others of stealing valor.
A homeless man was accused of stealing valor while filmed and uploaded online because he was seemingly wearing an Army jacket to stay warm, a young kid (who likely did not know any better) was accused of stealing valor while filmed and uploaded online because he seemingly put on his relative’s old uniform and was walking around the neighborhood, a man was accused of stealing valor while filmed, was assaulted (slapped), and then uploaded online because he seemingly told an obvious joke about being a Navy Seal tanker or artillery-man (when U.S. Navy Seals are well-known as elite, rapid-response troops not trained as tankers and artillery-men), a man was falsely accused of stealing valor while filmed and uploaded online because he seemingly only stated “he worked with Marines” (the video title blatantly lied and claimed the man said “he was a Marine”). Some of these videos backfired, some didn’t, and, in these cases, the mobs sided with the apparent camera-predator despite there being insufficient evidence in the footage that the person recorded was stealing valor. Eventually, the witch-hunt got so stupid that service members and veterans themselves were falsely accused of stealing valor by the evil abusers and their idiot followers.
The Stolen Valor Issue shows how evil mobs, acting as vigilantes, and the predators with cameras, looking to appeal to these evil mobs, can pervert anything, as they are willing to shame and smear anyone to appear heroic, which makes them probably worse than the dishonorable who steal valor, as the latter frauds also want to appear heroic (usually for money), but they are typically not falsely accusing then maliciously shaming innocent people publicly in the process to achieve this goal.
Saying you do not want to be recorded or that you do not want answer his loaded questions, the predator will upload the video online to his slanted platform falsely claiming you are “against free speech” or that you are “against public debate” or that you are a “crazy republican” or “crazy libtard” or “pathetic snowflake” or whatever for not consenting to online ridicule and for not answering to (for not worshipping) him, his slanted platform, and his online rabble who have an undeniable history of maliciously shaming and smearing others without reason. As is expected, most of his online mob sides with him, the camera-predator, despite the fact they, the mob, hypocritically would not want to be recorded in such a callous way and then be smeared online. Often the camera-predator even deletes comments on his channel which don’t support his view so he can further manipulate perception and torment the victim.
One does not necessarily need to be recording with a camera phone and antagonizing others to be an evil predator though. Any vile person who uses camera footage and audio recordings to maliciously destroy others we forever reject and condemn. Those who dig through old posts and old comments to find dirt on good people, those who maliciously dox others for wrong-think, those who share slanderous footage on social media, even if they are not the original recorders of the footage, the police departments themselves, who hypocritically use traffic cameras to abuse people, by watching people constantly and then sending them fines in the mail for going slightly over the speed limit and who, using police body camera footage, will now broadcast your minor offense to the world (like an 18- to 20-year-old underage drinking or anyone slightly speeding) by releasing police body cam footage so you can be publicly shamed and humiliated by online mobs, all qualify as evil predators. Today, it is even common to see ride-share drivers (from companies like Lyft and Uber), or even traditional Taxi Drivers, film their passengers without knowledge and broadcast them over social media to be shamed, often for making simple mistakes like saying silly comments while being intoxicated. Such camera-predators are all parasitic worms, rats, pest, or rodents; they should be viewed with utter contempt.
Have no illusions, the evil mobs online are not your fellow countrymen, they are not your brothers, they are not your sisters, they are not your comrades, they are the enemy. Some perhaps can be redeemed, especially when the camera of the predator is inevitably turned against them. Others do not care though; they just want to mercilessly mock you with zero empathy, they want to assassinate your character because they love vindictively pointing the finger at others, for petty or fabricated mistakes, to feel superior and safe. Who you are is not important to them, what you are is not important to them, what good you do is not important to them, what you believe in is not important to them, what you’ve been through is not important to them; they simply do not care about you. They want…, NO…, THEY DEMAND your character be served to them on a sacrificial platter!
Therefore, they cheer and praise the camera creeps, the media, and the evil YouTube channels who try to meet their witch-burning demands. These camera-predators film and record you to turn you into merchandise by humiliating and slandering your name online all so they, the evil abuser, may profit and appear heroic by appeasing the evil mobs. This modern human sacrifice is no different than the human sacrifice promoted by the self-serving shaman of a primitive tribe where the shaman, in an effort to appear pious to his tribe, demanded the public torture and public execution of innocents on temple altars to appease the gods.
No one sticks up for you; no one asks, “why were you maliciously recorded?” No one asks for your side of the story. The mob simply wants to assassinate your character, then subsequently throw your spiritual corpse next to the alley trash and move on to the next victim they can gleefully character assassinate. Presenting them with later evidence that clears your name will only lead to them attacking you more for being “obsessed” or “crazy” for ruminating and challenging their previous rash decision to execute your character and destroy your name without evidence or reason; they feel no shame, no remorse for their savage acts. Dragging your name through the mud has become as natural to them as eating ice cream or watching sports.

As a truthful witness, we are less concerned with vain people using camera phones to take selfies and videos of themselves (to get likes on social media); instead, we are more concerned with these aforementioned scoundrels, the evil predators, the ones pointing camera phones at others, to maliciously record them so the video can be uploaded online to publicly degrade, shame, slander and humiliate the people recorded. As stated, this is maliciously attempting to use your camera-phone (or more accurately the evil mob) as a spiritual weapon against the innocent. These vile people, not the people taking photos and videos of themselves (which is perhaps insufferable but only mildly harmful), are the true villains of our society, the true narcissists. They use modern technology to slander and humiliate the innocent for personal satisfaction and personal gain, to win money, to win views, and to virtue signal. The existence of the camera-predator, who has the power to weaponize an online lynch mob, is a serious threat to all Western citizens.
It is now commonplace to see such predators armed with cameras, try to humiliate and defame, not only the good citizens doing the right thing, but normal people who understandably make simple mistakes and commit petty offenses (like those who cat-call or those who do not return shopping carts to the cart station in the parking lot). These predators are abusers and agitators. They antagonize the person being recorded, especially by deliberately twisting their words and degrading them; as stated, antagonization of the person recorded also occurs naturally because it is usually obvious that this charlatan (the camera-predator) is recording in bad faith for the purposes of publicly humiliation; people today are well aware of the damaging effect of online mobbing and public shaming. Regardless, the objective of the camera-predator is usually is to provoke a hostile response so he can demonize the person (or people) recorded as crazy, pathetic, stupid, insane, and/or evil to the immoral, witch-burning audience, which allows this evil abuser, a bully charlatan, to promote himself as a hero to the same debased audience; also, the camera-predator often wants to provoke a hostile response from the person-people he maliciously records, not just to make them look bad so he wins praise, but to possibly sue and win financial reward should he, the evil one, be rightfully assaulted and arrested.
Today, it is common to see such scoundrels attempt to use absurd legal arguments to defend such evil behavior by saying. “It is a person’s legal right to record in their own home, car, place of business, etc,.” which is a blatantly dishonest attempt to divert the true issue, the true issue being the fact that the person is not just recorded, they are uploaded online to be publicly shamed (cyberbullied), often in front of thousands or millions of people. Under such logic, these people think it is morally acceptable for a person to put cameras in their home to film themself having sex with an unwitting partner (meaning the person does not know they are being filmed) to upload the footage online as a sex tape, publicly humiliating the sex partner.
Camera-predators and their enablers constantly use this dishonest defense to justify their actions, as well as the common defense, “a person is legally allowed to record in public” and “there is no expectation of privacy in public.” They will claim surveillance is everywhere: stores, hotels, gas stations, gyms all film you so they should be allowed to film you when the acts are not the same. Typical surveillance in an establishment exists to prevent crime, prevent loss, and give lawsuit protection, it is not attempting to film people personally, whereas a camera-predator harasses people by putting a camera in their face; typical surveillance is also not attempting to film people to publicly shame them for profit, likes, and entertainment, whereas this is the camera-predator’s primary goal. Furthermore, more of these cretins claim to be against widespread surveillance while they maliciously harass others with cameras and shame people online showing their blatant hypocrisy.
Additionally, today, it is normal to see YouTube channels use existing footage from camera-predators in an effort to prove their idiotic talking points, which may or may not even be related to the original incident. The fact that people were maliciously recorded in the original incident isn’t even addressed or mentioned, showing a massive void within the content creator, an obvious lack of character and integrity. For example: they will try to prove Covid-19 lockdowns are making people crazy and irritable on their video by using existing footage of a woman getting mad on camera, when this woman was wrongfully recorded and antagonized by a predator with a camera phone which was the sole cause of her anger. Ignoring this malice is cowardly. These appeasers and moral prostitutes will shamefully use existing footage for their own designs and do not care where it came from or what malice it originally contained.
For example, a person who is forced to multi-space park, due to another car, two cars, or numerous cars, multi-space parking first, can be filmed by a camera-predator after they park and then be uploaded online to be shamed by the online mob as an entitled multi-space parker. Despite the person being falsely accused, usually there is no legal recourse since multi-space parking is technically wrong and speech can be manipulated to condemn it in numerous ways (the evil predators and their enablers will make excuses for their vile behavior and say this person who multi-spaced parked was not forced to do so because there was one or two parking spots available in the back of the parking lot, something, even if true, that the victim probably could not see or these villains will claim that this person should have waited to park properly because, according to them, people were getting in their cars about to leave the parking lot, again, something, even if true, the victim may or may not have seen nor should the victim really be penalized for not waiting for, even if that was the case).
Another example, if someone was rudely bumped into by another person, who coincidentally is wearing attire of a certain political affiliation, which led to a verbal argument caused by the bump alone, someone can still film the confrontation, or use the recording of the confrontation, to publicly shame by wrongfully assuming, even falsely claiming, the person who was wronged (bumped into) was only arguing with the other person, the wrongdoer, (who bumped into the person) because they’re just a crazy person who simply hates the political side shown on the wrongdoer’s clothing, because they’re just some hysteric, some negative stereotype, on the other political side who saw the clothing and then started mindlessly yelling at the wearer for merely having different political beliefs, a convenient lie demanded primarily by the evil mob (the toxic tribe) of the political side displayed on the wrongdoer’s attire, for numerous reasons. Again, there is no recourse to this false accusation, to this unethical demonization, to this craven malpractice, despite it causing significant damage.
Cyberbullying laws, and other laws against slander and false accusation should exist to prevent this abuse. Such laws must exist to punish (criminalize) those who use the angry lynch mobs (and social media) as a weapon against the innocent; camera phones and other devices used in this manner must be declared weapons (tantamount to assault). Currently, the laws are so weak that criminals are emboldened, as they are allowed to harass innocent people using cameras, while baiting and verbally abusing them (for provocation) and threatening them with online slander and public shaming, with near total impunity. This must end.
Even better, perhaps we need no new laws in the first place, and the law can simply turn a blind eye to the good people (Good Samaritans) who confront, trespass, block, dox, punish, and even assault obvious camera-predators in cases where the predators are clearly harassing and agitating others and filming-peeping to provoke a negative reaction and are refusing to leave after being trespassed and, in cases, where such evil predators are later confronted in public by good people who are outraged by witnessing the predator’s evil behavior online (modern day tar and feathering), especially if the people are the victims of the predator’s slander. Such heroes should be rewarded for defending the community.
Finally, the law should force news, media, social media channels, or the government itself to vindicate previous victims of public shaming when it is determined that the shaming was unjust and unwarranted (many times a person gets publicly shamed and falsely accused in the media and on social media immediately once an incident or story launches but weeks and months after, as evidence took time to gather, it is revealed that the person publicly shamed and falsely accused was innocent, yet the story is now old, the impulsive mobs have moved on to attack someone else and the damage has already been done and the person is not vindicated publicly, meaning the unfortunate person, at the time, was wrongfully shamed by two million people publicly but only is vindicated by a small court of two dozen people (months later) that no one sees which does not rebalance justice
Currently, as the law does none of these things, it’s deserving of ridicule and contempt.
The Digital Age has an ugly similarity with the American Wild West of the 19th century because most citizens are now armed with deadly weapons: camera-phones. These may not be the rifles, shotguns, and revolvers that American frontiersmen had, but camera phones can be spiritually deadly because they enable people to publicly shame others by recording them and uploading the video online multiplying, compounding, and leveraging shame through the many. This armed and deadly atmosphere is made more ominous by the fact that American citizens during the Wild West Era were far more virtuous, far more noble than the citizens of today; moral citizens have greater capacity to use weapons responsibly by bringing their violent application upon the evil whereas immoral citizens possessing weapons can only lead to such weapons being used for evil which is what I see happening now. While camera phones can be used for good (filming real crime, benign content, and life events) the inquisitive atmosphere of today often sees their spiritually deadly application being brought upon the innocent. Trial by public opinion rarely is just because the public itself is immoral; it’s nothing but a witch-hunting, angry mob.
We live in this digital age which unfortunately coincides with this immoral age (an age of narcissism, hypocrisy, and degeneracy) so innocent people are slandered, humiliated, and shamed online all so the creep (the evil predator) who is holding the camera phone can look virtuous and profit. We, Truthful Witnesses, stand against this. We understand that these evil abusers are pitiful cowards, they are revolting swine with no uniqueness or creativity to them; they are like interchangeable worms or the maggots residing in undisposed, lingering, food trash.
A truthful witness should not despair. Karma shall be leveled upon these camera-predators and, more importantly, upon the evil mobs cheering them on. They will fall by the same slanderous sword they want to use upon the innocent; meaning it is only a matter of time before these narcissists, these frauds, these abusers, and their enablers, all turn on themselves to get ahead; they will eat each other. And furthermore, for the predators themselves, the ones maliciously hurting people with camera-phones and other devices, the law and punishment always eventually catch up to them. Their attempts to publicly shame others start to eventually backfire; the public becomes aware of their vile nature, often because these camera-predators start character assassinating the very people who were initially cheering them on, once their first targets go no-contact.
Finally, for these evil camera-predators, their bold, parasitic nature can only stay within the boundaries of the law for so long, their lies become more obvious, their veneer of virtue cannot be maintained, and they eventually provoke the wrong person and commit criminal negligence. This sees their dark enterprises all fail in the end, as these scoundrels are typically sued into ruin, and they end up bankrupt, imprisoned, or dead, a deserved fate.
